Asia Pietrzyk
Asia Pietrzyk is a graphic artist living and working in Stockholm. She specializes in both illustration and graphic design, with a strong focus on concept development. She pays great attention to visual storytelling and details, both in the creative process and the final execution. She draws inspiration from the post-war Polish School of Poster Art and the aesthetics of the interwar period, particularly Art Deco, both in industrial design and architecture. She also finds inspiration in music (classical, jazz), as well as in the culinary and perfumery arts. Scents and flavors often evoke color impressions in her work.
For over two years, she regularly collaborated with Elle France as an illustrator. Her work has also been published in international magazines, including The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, TIME, and The Washington Post. Additionally, her illustrations have been featured twice in the prestigious Society of Illustrators exhibition in New York.
She has collaborated with TOUS, the Spanish jewelry house, and the American luxury department store Saks Fifth Avenue. In Poland, her packaging design for Auura was nominated by the Advertising Creators Club for the Best Design 2024 award. In the same year, she was also a finalist in the competition for the official poster of Polish Airlines LOT.
