Adriana Bellet

Adriana Bellet is an illustrator with her heart divided between Spain, Britain and Sweden. She has a degree in advertising, but decided to pursue a different creative pursuit. She discovered her love for illustration while studying design. She taught herself to draw and developed an obsession with old-school art materials. Still, the iPad is her tool of choice. She had three children in five years, has four espressos a day and daily she makes peace with the wonderful absurdities of being an adult in today's world. She is based in Stockholm.

Specialising in editorial and publishing, Adriana definitely loves to create characters and tell stories – all within hugely colourful spaces. Colour is, in fact, an important feature of her work. She works from her home studio for clients such as NBC News, The Guardian, New York Times, Washington Post, and Penguin Random House.
